1. Our quotes to Customers:
1.1 EXW(Dongguan, Guangdong of China), FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong which will be displayed on the individual quotation.
1.2 We are not responsible for loss or damage of package contents once the package has left our factory. If you wish to have Insurance on the package, please indicate this on the Purchase Order.
1.3 Quote is valid for 30 days from quoted date unless it is otherwise stated on the quotation.
1.4 All lead times are in business days, all Chinese public holidays are not count as business days.
1.5 Customers are responsible for their own shipping cost, custom charges, import or tariff fees on all orders unless it is otherwise stated on the quotation.
1.6 Quote is based on information provided and is subject to change based on a final review.
1.7 Quotes are in one of these three currencies – USD, Euro or RMB depends on customers region. It will be stated on the quotation.
1.8 A monthly finance charge of 1% will be charged on all invoices past 30 days from due date. This charge is compounded monthly. If legal collection action is required to recover invoice amounts including finance charges, the customer will be held liable for all legal fees plus any expenses incurred in collecting said money.
2 Customer Orders:
2.1 We accept orders through email or our online ordering system. Only our formal replied emails state the acceptance of the orders and lead time starts on our formal email confirmation.
2.2 A prorated cancellation fee will be charged for cancelled orders depending on fabrication status at time of cancellation. Please contact your account manager and follow up with an email to confirm and provide written record for any verbal cancellation.
3 Warranty:
3.1 We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 365 days from date of shipment ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our option for any non-conforming products confirmed by our authorized person, either (I) replace the products at no charge or (II) issue a credit equal to the original purchase price of the products. We will not accept liability for any cost in addition to the value of the products including but not limited to other components, labor, business interruptions and any other consequential damages or losses. We disclaim any open-ended acceptance of liability for losses beyond our control.
3.2 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold GoodTech harmless from and against any losses, costs, expenses or damages of any nature whatsoever (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your use of our products.
4 General Clauses:
4.1 By submitting Purchase Order or placing an order on our website, over the phone, or through email, you are agreeing to be bound by out Terms and Conditions state herein. Unless other Terms and Conditions have been agreed upon and signed by an authorized officer of the company, these Terms and Conditions supersede all other Terms and Conditions suggesting additional or different terms.
4.2 Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised Terms and Conditions shall be posted on this website.
